Mr. Tournour was admitted to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania in 1991 and in the state of New Jersey and U.S. District Court for the state of New Jersey in 1992. From 1991 to 1992 Mr. Tournour was a law clerk to the Hon. John D’Amico, J.S.C., of the Monmouth County Superior Court.
